4. Our basis for processing
We process personal data where:
- you have given consent — for example by submitting a form or opting in to updates;
- it is necessary to take steps you have requested before entering a contract, or to perform one;
- it serves our legitimate interests in running and promoting the event, in a way that does not override your rights; or
- we are required to process it by law.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and registration data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to run the event, and afterwards for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are handled by established providers, and access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it and protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Marketing preferences
If you have opted in to event updates, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop operational messages about an enquiry, booking or registration you have made.
11. Children's privacy
InnoBus Expo is a business-to-business event intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

The event is held in New Delhi, India, and our services are operated from India. If you access the site from elsewhere, your data will be processed in India, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.
13. Third-party links
The site links to and embeds content from other organisations, including exhibitor and sponsor websites, news sources and booking tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the event and our services develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
15. Grievance Officer
If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, you can contact our Grievance Officer, appointed under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within the time allowed by law.
