How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Who we are

InnoBus Expo & Conference 2026 (“InnoBus Expo”, “we”, “us”) is organised by Symbroj Media Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through innobusexpo.com and the enquiry, registration and accreditation forms on it.

For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Symbroj Media Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we act as the data controller. Our registered office is at 32-E, First Floor, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 110091.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a delegate, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, press or general enquiry, we collect the details you enter, which may include:

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Company or organisation, job title and country or city
  • The type of participant you are (delegate, sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, media)
  • Your areas of interest, how you heard about the event, and any message you write to us
  • Whether you have opted in to receive event updates

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect:

  • Device and browser type, approximate location, and pages viewed
  • How you reached the site, including referral source and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and Google/Meta click identifiers), which we attach to an enquiry so we know which campaign it came from
  • Interactions such as viewing or starting a form and completing an enquiry

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in free-text message fields. We do not take payments on this website, so no card details are collected here.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and complete your registration, accreditation or booking
  • To send event information you have asked for, such as the agenda, floor plan or sponsorship details
  • To manage exhibitor, sponsor and speaker participation, including contracts and invoicing
  • To send event updates and industry news where you have opted in
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve the site and our marketing
  • To keep the site secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary — to keep the site working and to sign in administrators.
  • Attribution — a first-party cookie stores the campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, for up to 90 days, so an enquiry can be credited to the campaign that generated it.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Zoho PageSense help us understand how the site is used.
  • Advertising — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel measures the performance of our campaigns and may be used to show you relevant advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who run the site and our enquiry process — Zoho (forms, CRM, bookings, live chat, help desk, email campaigns and analytics), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Meta (advertising measurement), Web3Forms (form delivery) and our website hosting provider.
  • Event partners — where you have asked to be introduced to a sponsor or exhibitor, or where we have told you at the point of collection and you have agreed.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Our Zoho services are hosted in India. Where a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on that provider’s safeguards for such transfers.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and registration data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to run the event, and afterwards for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics services described above. Attribution cookies expire after 90 days.

8. How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are handled by established providers, and access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it and protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected, completed or updated;
  • ask us to erase your data where there is no continuing reason for us to keep it;
  • withdraw consent at any time, including consent to marketing;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and
  • complain to the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@symbrojmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

10. Marketing preferences

If you have opted in to event updates, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop operational messages about an enquiry, booking or registration you have made.

11. Children's privacy

InnoBus Expo is a business-to-business event intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

The event is held in New Delhi, India, and our services are operated from India. If you access the site from elsewhere, your data will be processed in India, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the event and our services develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.

15. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, you can contact our Grievance Officer, appointed under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within the time allowed by law.
