Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of innobusexpo.com and your participation in InnoBus Expo & Conference 2026 (the “Event”), held on 15 October 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India. The Event is organised by Symbroj Media Pvt Ltd (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”), registered at 32-E, First Floor, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 110091.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or attending, exhibiting at or sponsoring the Event, you accept these terms. Where you act for a company or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

Forms on this website are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Submitting one does not by itself create a contract or guarantee a delegate pass, stand or sponsorship position.

A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted it in writing and issued an invoice or agreement. Places, stands and sponsorship positions are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

Fees for delegate passes, exhibition space and sponsorship are quoted on enquiry and confirmed in your invoice or agreement. Prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

No payments are taken on this website. Invoicing and payment are handled separately, and agreements may be signed digitally. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice, and we may withhold badges, stand access or sponsor deliverables until payment has cleared.

Cancellations, substitutions and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Badges are personal to the named individual and must be worn at all times on site. Badges must not be shared, resold or transferred except as allowed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Attendees must follow venue rules, safety instructions and the directions of Event staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves unlawfully, unsafely, or in a way that disrupts the Event or harasses others, without refund.

Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with the exhibitor manual, build-up and breakdown schedules, and all venue and statutory requirements, including electrical and fire safety rules.

Stand space is allocated by us and the floor plan may change for operational reasons. Activity must stay within your allocated space, must not obstruct aisles or neighbouring stands, and must not create excessive noise or nuisance. Exhibitors are responsible for their own staff, contractors, exhibits and insurance, and for leaving the space as they found it.

Sponsorship deliverables depend on our receiving your brand assets and content by the deadlines we notify. We may decline material that is unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with the Event.

The conference programme, speakers, sessions, timings and floor plan are indicative and may change. We may substitute speakers or amend the programme without notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the Event itself is cancelled, in which case the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

We may postpone, relocate, shorten or cancel the Event where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, including government restrictions, venue closure, natural events, epidemics, civil unrest, strikes or failure of essential services. Where the Event is postponed or relocated, bookings normally carry over to the new date or venue. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur independently, and we recommend appropriate insurance.

The Event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that we and our appointed media partners may record your image, voice and participation, and use that material to report on and promote InnoBus Expo, without payment. If you do not wish to appear in such material, tell a member of our team on site and we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate you. Attendees may not record conference sessions for commercial use without our written permission.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or exploit our content commercially without permission.

Exhibitor, sponsor and partner names and logos remain the property of their owners. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it unlawfully. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings, and our total liability arising out of your participation is limited to the amount you have paid us for that participation. You are responsible for your own property while on site, and for insuring it.

Personal data collected through this website and the Event is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the Event develops. The version published on this page at the time you make a booking is the version that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Event.
